So it&#8217;s no surprise that its success has led to the release of the sequel, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/doraemon_story_of_seasons_friends_of_the_great_kingdom\">Doraemon Story of Seasons: Friends of the Great Kingdom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, there are a lot more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/guides\/best-nintendo-switch-life-sims-and-farming-games\">life and farm sims<\/a> on the market these days, and while developer Marvelous will have wanted to maintain the original game&#8217;s charm, it also needed to present something exciting and new to stop things from feeling repetitive or stale.
