Senior reporter at Kotaku Ethan Gach shared the update <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ethangach\/status\/1580533650416099328\">on Twitter<\/a> earlier today.<\/p>\n<p>Clifton filed a complaint against the recruitment agency and Nintendo of America back in April, accusing the companies of union-busting tactics.
