Then, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/news\/2022\/05\/nintendo-responds-to-wii-and-dsi-shop-channel-outages\">in May<\/a>, <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/GameXplain\">GameXplain<\/a> reached out to Nintendo, who stated that it had &#8220;nothing to announce&#8221;, but thanks to <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/nintendoeverything.com\/wii-shop-channel-dsi-shop-back-up-after-months-of-downtime\/\">Nintendo Everything<\/a>, we now know that the stores are both up and running once again.
