That won&#8217;t be the case with Omori, pleasingly, as it&#8217;s been confirmed that Fangamer will sell a physical edition for $34.99; <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fangamer.com\/collections\/omori\/products\/omori-physical-game-nintendo-switch-playstation-4\">pre-orders are open<\/a> with shipping due to start on <strong>17th June<\/strong>. Intriguingly the game still only has a &#8216;Spring&#8217; window for the eShop, but presumably it&#8217;ll get a formal release date in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Having released on Steam in December the game has had an <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1150690\/OMORI\/\">extraordinary response<\/a>, with over 30,000 user reviews being &#8216;overwhelmingly positive&#8217;. It&#8217;s a game that&#8217;s been intriguing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/news\/2021\/12\/earthbound-style-horror-rpg-omori-is-finally-coming-to-switch-after-skipping-the-3ds\">since it was originally planned for 3DS<\/a>, with EarthBound stylings and a &#8216;horror RPG&#8217; approach.
