Earlier this year Aksys confirmed a Western Switch release for Piofiore: Episodio 1926<\/a>, a sequel to 2020’s Piofiore: Fated Memories<\/a>. The former is a visual novel adventure that falls into the ‘Otome’ category, and the next release is likely to be similar. Another notable feature of the first is how grisly and mature it is – the new title is likely to also be an 18+ experience, so be forewarned on that.<\/p>\n

In any case, Piofiore: Episodio 1926 now has a release date – it’ll arrive on 22nd September, with physical editions and the usual eShop release. There’ll be a standard edition of course, but Aksys is also promoting a Limited Edition that can be pre-ordered on its official store<\/a>. It’s also worth noting that first-run copies – both standard and limited edition – will include “six full-color collectible cards featuring the main characters in the game”.<\/p>\n
