Just recently, we showcased the work of a talented pixel artist who reimagined the classic Game Boy title Super Mario Land on the handheld’s successor, the Game Boy Advance. It was a lovely depiction of the game with stunning sprites and vivid colours, and now the artist has turned their attention to the Sonic franchise.
Posting a new set of images on Twitter, @huttaburger has reimagined Sonic the Hedgehog in the style of the recently released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, showcasing the characters Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy as they take to the streets for some serious close quarters combat.
