Ahh, Mario Party. The destroyer of friendships. The ice-breaker. The game you get out every holiday season, lose at, only to hide it away for another 365 days but hold a grudge for a lifetime.
The Mario Party series has been going since 1998 on the Nintendo 64, causing family squabbles and fabled rivalries ever since. And, with the sobering news that Mario Party 4 — the series’ first GameCube entry — is 20 years old on 21st October 2022, we thought there’s no better way of celebrating than a community game of Bumper Balls! Or, wait, sorry… a community poll!
